Company Profile

As our name suggests, Rink Planning & Consulting Services is dedicated to helping our clients obtain the professional services they need to proceed toward their goal of owning and operating a modern skating facility or family entertainment center.

Our team of experienced rink consultants consists of members of the (RSA) Roller Skating Association, (RSM) Roller Skating Manufactures & Suppliers Association, (IAAPA) International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions, as well as rink owners, manufacturers and skate suppliers.

Obviously the direct experience gained over the many years will prove beneficial to you also.  Perhaps even more important than our qualifications is our association with numerous individuals who have also been very successful in this business.  This provides us with a broad base of knowledge and experience for various sizes of operations and markets as well as helping to keep us current of all the latest changes and trends in the business.

The most common service that we provide is a Feasibility Study which consists of the following reports:  An Area Demographic Report, Customer Analysis, Revenue / Yields Analysis, Cash Flow Projection, Pro Forma for Annual Income and Operating Expenses, Recommended Building Size and Capacities, and Equipment Recommendations and Costs.  We are also regularly involved with building layouts and designs, site selection, real estate and equipment appraisals, cash flow planning and analysis, operations procedures, employee manuals and training, promotions and marketing.

As business people we find it necessary to charge for some of the service that we provide; however our main purpose in providing these services is to assist individuals in getting started with accurate information about the roller skating business.  We have kept our fee structure low and affordable with the intent of merely covering the cost of our time and expenses only.
